About the role:

The mission of the IT team is to provide innovative and reliable technology solutions to help the business and their clients work smarter and more efficiently. The IT team has grown significantly over the last year in terms of numbers of people, systems supported and projects to deliver. Technology is seen as the enabler to helping the company further differentiate itself on customer service as well as allowing it to grow rapidly without constraining the business.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the 3rd line engineers, insuring support tickets are escalated correctly and managed effectively
  • Ensure communication between teams is happening freely and openly
  • Ensure correct level of staff in teams
  • Define and produce regular KPIs and liaise with Head of IT Operations on a daily basis
  • People management and development of your team
  • Constantly review and challenge the way things are done, don’t be afraid to suggest new ideas
  • Define amazing
  • Bring the whole team on the journey with you


Knowledge/skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing senior support engineers
  • Understanding of ITIL based support environments, techniques and IT services
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think about problems in different ways

WHERE?
